Established in January 2018, CS Microelectronics Co., Ltd. was jointly funded by Vital Materials and Chongqing Wanlin Investment & Development Co., Ltd. We are committed to the research, development, manufacturing and sales of semiconductor materials, wafers and laser chips. The first phase of investment is 1.3 billion yuan and the total area is 75 mu (12.35 acres).
We are focus on innovation. Its business range covers semiconductor, wafer, VCSEL chip design, development and manufacturing. With its professionally technical team, qualified InP and GaAs epitaxial wafer(with a production capability of 100,000 pcs of InP and GaAs epitaxial wafer per year ), and its capability to manufacture 2 billion high end VCSEL chips annually, CSM can head off heavy dependence on imported 3D sensing chip and lidar chip used in smart phone, drone and other fields. CSM has also successfully made low EPD GaAs and Inp materials which can meet customer’s requirement for high end application, which will also weaken international monopoly in this field.
