CS Microelectronics currently has a technical team from an internationally renowned laser chip provider, with over 20 years of technical experience in this field, covering the field of design and manufacture of epitaxial wafers and chips. It also has talents from a domestically famous semiconductor provider. At present, there are 256 employees, including 2 doctoral students and 8 graduate students spread out across the Crystal Department, Wafer Department, Technology Department and R&D Department. Researchers and developers account for more than 40% of the staff.
